Our flat is located in San Agustín, it has one bedroom and can accommodate three people. It has been recently refurbished and 100% equipped to guarantee a comfortable stay for our guests. Among the highlights is the terrace, due to its location it receives sun most of the day and has a sun lounger and outdoor dining furniture so you can enjoy your meals outside with the nice breeze and relaxing views. The kitchen is modern, American style, with ceramic hob and equipped with fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchenware, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.The accommodation has a bedroom with two single beds and views of the back patio with the swimming pool and a double sofa bed in the living room. The flat is equipped with air conditioning both in the living room and in the bedroom, as well as WIFI, safe. The location is wonderful, in a small complex right next to the promenade that gives direct access to the beach of San Agustin. The complex has a small swimming pool as well as garden areas. The flat has a washing machine in a common room of the complex where our guests will have full access.
