Best staff you could ask for do anything for you hotel is lovely rooms is very clean best swimming pool that l have been in at hotel love the big leather double beds for sun lounger’s everything is at your feet at hotel bus stop right out side hotel from airport it’s only 4 euros right to your hotel there’s spar over the road to you couldn’t ask for better hotel l say 9-10

The Casario was one of the best I have stayed at in a long while. The staff was exceptional . Food excellent, value very good, nightly entertainment great. Sauna great. Oh, did I happen to say that the staff all were AMAZING!!! Thanks Casario see you again soon

Went to this hotel mid March booked half board and couldn't have been more pleased with the food selection. The hotel was very clean and well located for everything. Amazing views from the roof top sunbathing area.

Good venue but some improvements needed

Service in restaurant & bar excellent - very attentive - Alexis in particular was great. Swimming pool area and equipment was in excellent condition - very comfortable & relaxing. Good variety of food, especially at dinner but breakfast could be better. Things that could improve are around the information given at the time of check-in. Nothing advised about different dinner timings (they have have sittings but we were not informed until Day 4), opening times of facilities, rooftop facilities, entertainment etc. All in all a very poor initial experience. With regards the cleanliness of the room, this could be better -more attention to detail required.

Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed in - we hardly wanted to leave the place. The poolside area is so nicely laid out and spotless, the staff are fantastic, the beds big and comfortable, the food options were excellent and great quality (we also had a vegan with us) and the gym facilities were as good as you could ask for on holiday. The only thing I missed, tea and coffee in the room!

My stay @ the caserio...

5 minutes walk to the beach, shop's across the road, bar's & clubs on main street & round the corner...!! The most welcoming & friendly staff you will ever meet. It was my second stay in a matter of months! I cam back for birthday & all i requested they for filled. This is the hotel is 100% on point & I plan to go back and stay with them again..!! By far the best hotel I've stayed in, in the 8+ years I've been coming to the area. Highly recommended....!!

Very Nice hotel but could be improved

Very clean hotel with white minimalistic furniture. Plenty of wardrobe space and shelves but no drawers. Air conditioning good. Would benefit from tea and coffee making facilities. Also a magnifying mirror in the bathroom and a mirror in the living area. Food good but not excellent have had better but there was always something you could find to eat. Maid service was a bit disappointing. At least 4 occasions we had to source shampoo, body lotion, and toilet rolls. One day the floor in bathroom had not been washed and the litter bin had not been emptied. Lifts are a bit of a problem as they are small and seem to want to go down before they go up! Our safe played up on us one night and we had to wait in for a short while for someone to come and fix it. Roof top area for sunbathing really good.

Had a brilliant 5 d stay at the Caserio. We stayed all inclusive - this was our first time and we were highly impressed by it. The hotel has had a refurbishment throughout, and the facilities and rooms are brilliant. Ive added some pictures to show these changes. The food varied very day and there was an excellent mix, which changed daily. Alcohol was good including cocktails and San Miguel on tap. Very helpful and fast bar staff. Dinner in the evening includes table service for drinks. The pool is brilliant. Nice tunes playing background. The new poolside beds are very comfortable. 10mins taxi to the main bars. Costs less than 7 euro. WiFi free in reception areas. This hotel is high end and excellent service and finish.
