Completely redesigned luxury bungalow in exclusive residential area in the residential area above San Agustin on the hillside.
Take a break from everyday life on the large terrace with its breathtaking panoramic views over San Agustin, the sea and the dune beach to Maspalomas. Hibiscus and bougainvilleas bloom in the beautiful large garden, and the winter heated pool invites to a refreshing swim.

If you are looking for privacy and relaxation there is hardly a better place in the south of Gran Canaria. Away from the tourist bustle, yet within walking distance to the beach and the shopping center of San Agustin. A rental car would be recommended.

The spacious and modern living room has air conditioning, two comfortable leather sofas and a comfortable dining area with integrated kitchen.
What do you think about cooking with sea view? The open, fully equipped, modern kitchen, with dishwasher, stove, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster and coffee maker leaves nothing to be desired. Of course there is a dishwasher and a washing machine.

The large bedroom has plenty of space for a double bed, a spacious closet, air conditioning, safe and an absolute feel-good atmosphere. The beautifully designed bathroom has a walk-in, spacious shower, a large mirror wall and of course a hair dryer. Telling it like it is!

The property was very tidy and well maintained. Views fantastic, good pool. Well equipped kitchen. We met the host a few times, she was lovely and very helpful. A car is really needed. Very happy with the booking and would return if visiting the island again.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben im Januar 2023 zwei wunderbare Wochen in der Ferienwohnung Hibiscus verbracht. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die geräumigen Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. In der voll ausgestattenen Küche haben wir nichts vermisst. Ganz besonders haben wir den Blick von unserer Terrasse genossen. Aufgrund der Hanglage hatten wir einen tollen Ausblick über den Ort San Agustin auf den Atlantik bis hin zu den Dünen von Maspalomas. Einfach traumhaft. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Sackgasse außerhalb des Zentrums und diese Ruhe haben wir auch sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin hat uns freundlich empfangen und ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Über den Willkommensgruß mit Getränken und frischem Obst haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Wir können diese Wohnung bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Wie zu Hause fühlen.

Schöner Bungalow mit traumhaftem Ausblick in ruhiger Lage Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet. Freundlicher Empfang. Sehr aufmerksam fanden wir auch den Willkommensgruss mit Getränken im Kühlschrank und Obstteller. Danke. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Rundum zufrieden

Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sie bieten reichlich Platz für eine vierköpfige Familie. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind zeitlos elegant eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Von der Terrasse und vom Pool aus hat man einen tollen Blick über die Bucht. Den Strand erreicht man in knapp 10 min Fußweg. Wir können die Wohnung guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen und danken für den tollen Urlaub.

Eine tolle Wohnung mit einem Traum Blick auf das Meer und die Stadt.

Es hat alles gepasst: angefangen von der Kommunikation (freundlich und schnell) über die Lage (ruhig aber doch nahe genug dran, dass auch mal jemand zu Fuß früher vom Strand heimgehen kann) bis zur Ausstattung (alles drin, was man braucht, vernünftige Qualität, keine Ferienhaus-Schrott). Ein großes Schlafzimmer (großes Bett, sehr großer Schrank) und ein kleineres Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelwetten und eigenem Bad. Gut ausgestattete Küche und angrenzender Wohnbereich, den man aber eigentlich nicht braucht, weil man immer auf der Terrasse sitzt und den schönen Ausblick genießt. Also rundum eine Empfehlung, ohne jeden Haken.
