Par 4 Villa 19 is an exclusive luxurious villa built in one story, ideal for families with children or people with reduced mobility.
It counts on wide espaces, comfortable furniture and very bright rooms. Doubtlessly it is one of our favorite properties having a great value.
Only a 10 minute drive from Meloneras and Maspalomas beaches, in Southern Gran Canaria

Rectangular-shaped, roman steps and stainless steel ladder to access the pool, heatable with a surcharge, 8 metres long, 4 metres wide and 1,40 metres deep

This fantastic holiday private is the perfect home for your vacation in the Canary Islands, it counts on three double bedrooms; the main bedroom has a double bed, and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second and third bedrooms have two single beds each and a second bathroom with shower. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the garden and the swimming pool through sliding glass doors with views to the garden.
The pool is heatable with a surcharge per week , there is a BBQ and outdoors dining area and large garden.

**One baby stays free of charge in a babycot, a highchair will be provided as well (on request)
