Completely redesigned luxury bungalow in exclusive residential area in the residential area above San Agustin on the hillside.
Take a break from everyday life on the large terrace with its breathtaking panoramic views over San Agustin, the sea and the dune beach to Maspalomas. Hibiscus and bougainvilleas bloom in the beautiful large garden, and the winter heated pool invites to a refreshing swim.
If you are looking for privacy and relaxation there is hardly a better place in the south of Gran Canaria. Away from the tourist bustle, yet within walking distance to the beach and the shopping center of San Agustin. A rental car would be recommended.
The spacious and modern living room has air conditioning, two comfortable leather sofas and a comfortable dining area with integrated kitchen.
What do you think about cooking with sea view? The open, fully equipped, modern kitchen, with dishwasher, stove, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster and coffee maker leaves nothing to be desired. Of course there is a dishwasher and a washing machine.
In the large bedroom there is plenty of space for a double bed (2 mattresses 90x200m), a spacious closet, air conditioning, safe and an absolute feel-good atmosphere. The beautifully designed bathroom has a walk-in, spacious shower, a large mirror wall and of course a hair dryer.
