Fully-equipped refurbished apartment with porch terrace and shared swimming pool, with an excellent location in a quiet area of San Agustin and very close to Las Burras beach, and with all services available for a perfect holiday in the south of Gran Canaria.

The apartment features a ground floor with a wide living room with seating and TV area, an open fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and a toilet. The living room has glass sliding doors that open to a covered porch terrace with an outdoor seating/dining area and nice views to a quiet common garden. The top floor has a main bedroom with a king-size bed and a private balcony terrace, a second bedroom with two twin beds, and full bathroom with shower. The entrance has a private garden, and the porch terrace is open to a large common garden with a shared swimming pool and bbq area.
