This quiet house is located in Sonneland, in a tourist area close to hotels and on a street of semi-detached houses. A one minute walk from Aldi supermarket. This house is on a corner and next to it there is a small park for children. It is a family house with three bedrooms and an extra room converted into a dressing room to leave suitcases and belongings. All rooms have adjustable aluminum blinds to have a comfortable sleep in the dark. It has a terrace with a nice table and designer chairs and a barbecue next to (but not mixed with) the pool. While cooking they also have a direct door to the pool to be able to watch the children. Or if there are all adults it is very convenient to have the pool next to the kitchen. It also has a private garage with several spaces and a bathroom with a shower in case you come from the beach so you don't get everything dirty with sand and use it downstairs.
