Villa Sonnenland Grande is a stunning six-bedroom property located in the tranquil south of Gran Canaria, offering accommodation for up to 12 guests in an atmosphere of luxury and relaxation. This elegant villa is set on a spacious 1,300 m² plot, with a total build area of 634 m², featuring a private heated swimming pool (heatable for an additional charge), lush gardens, and expansive terraces perfect for enjoying alfresco meals or unwinding in the serene outdoors.



The villa is thoughtfully arranged over three floors. On the top floor, a magnificent suite boasts a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower. Two additional bedrooms with king-size beds share a bathroom with a shower, while a fourth bedroom on this level also features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The middle floor serves as the central hub of the property, welcoming guests through a grand entrance that leads to a spacious dining area, a comfortable living room, an office, and a small guest toilet. This floor also includes a state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, and a wine cellar, ensuring all the conveniences for a seamless stay. From the kitchen, a charming stone staircase descends to the pool area, where guests can enjoy the rectangular 12x5m heated swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and a beautifully landscaped garden.



The ground floor offers additional space for relaxation and entertainment, with two twin bedrooms, each featuring an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. One of these bedrooms opens directly to the terrace and pool area. This level also includes a spacious living room and a dedicated leisure area complete with a pool table for guests’ enjoyment.



Villa Sonnenland Grande provides a wealth of amenities, including a private garage, WiFi, a smart TV with internet access, air conditioning, and daily cleaning services. The property also offers up to three cots and highchairs on request, catering to families with young children. The villa is ideally situated in a peaceful residential area, just a short drive from popular beaches and resorts such as Meloneras, Maspalomas, and Playa del Inglés, with restaurants and shops conveniently located nearby.



The price includes a personal key handover until 8:00 PM, weekly cleaning for stays exceeding eight nights with a change of bed linen and towels, and regular pool and garden maintenance from Monday to Friday in the morning. Basic daily cleaning is also provided five days a week between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM. However, pool heating is available only for a minimum of six nights and incurs an additional charge. Late check-in is possible upon request, with fees applicable as follows: arrivals between 8:30 PM and 10:00 PM cost EUR 30, between 10:00 PM and midnight cost EUR 50, and between midnight and 1:30 AM cost EUR 80. A refundable security deposit of EUR 1,000 is required upon arrival to cover any potential damages, which will be reimbursed following a post-departure inspection.
