The bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom sink dropped all night, the fixtures and light switches were dirty Will never stay at this hotel again and it looked like a car was stationed outside all night selling drugs ... that was the appearance anyway. Our baby is in the NICU at Redlands Community and if we had been able to go somewhere else without the additional cost or just losing any money we would have

Room was in poor condition, feral cats roaming the property (on my car), strange and shady people spending hours in their cars in the parking lot. Rarely felt safe being on property, especially at night. People behind the desk were somewhat friendly, but you couldn’t pay me to stay here again.

There was roaches all over the room , afraid of turning lights off, very uncomfortable, couldn’t go to sleep at all, left the room around 3am. Ill love to get a refund

The window in our room couldn’t properly close or lock. The room was roach infested, upon opening the door we killed 2 and saw 5 more running before we asked to be refunded. I would never come here again.

Ad pictures highly deceiving. The floor was so dirty I had to wear shows. Bathtub disgusting. Wear flip flops! Mattress terrible, pillows were wafer thin. Punched hole existing in bathroom door. Smelled weird. Cement walkways look like they have NEVER been pressure washed, smelled like urine. All around gross. Do not stay here.
