El hotel está bien. Pero hemos ido en otoño y la habitación tenía ya la calefacción predeterminada y no se podía cambiar, escribí a Nicolás el contacto del hotel y omitía mis consultas que quería que lo cambiaran porque no a todas las personas nos gusta una temperatura que alguien decidió, muy mal. Después consulté que si me podían guardar el equipaje después del check out y la respuesta fue que por una hora y media. La verdad el servicio cliente está muy mal, deberían de mejorar. Importante no hay recepción y solo hay personal de limpieza hasta las 15, después si necesitas algo no hay nadie.

Fairly mediocre for the amount of money it cost really. The room was not in a great condition, and the breakfast also wasn’t great. The bed was comfy and it was quite conveniently located.

Could be a lot better.

Hardly slept due to a few factors. 1. The radiator in the bathroom was on continuously making the room hot and stuffy 2. You have to open windows at night to get fresh air as no air conditioning. 3. Very noisy neighbourhood so opening windows causes a different problem 4. There is a mini fridge which also makes noise and cannot be turned off as the plug is hidden. 5. We didn't actually get the room that we booked on hotels.com 6. No smoke alarms 7. No fruit at breakfast option Staff were helpful and friendly

A different hotel next time

I wouldn’t stay there again. No closet to store clothes. No shelves in shower for shampoo etc. Very very small. Breakfast very basic. Good points: lovely view and. Comfortable bed

Hotel bem agradável. Recomendo

Hotel acolhedor. Os quartos nao sao grandes mas com boa calefação e com cama muito confortável. O quarto que ficamos possuia uma vista do lago simplesmente linda. Cafe da manhã simples mas tem o basico. Peca um pouco o fato de nao ter estacionamento mas com um pouco de boa vontade conseguimos estacionar perto. Rua pouco movimentada mas segura. O hotel fica a poucos minutos de caminhada do centro.

For someone that has problems walking, it’s a terrible location. The street to access the hotel is very steep, then there’s stairs for the rooms and other stairs for the breakfast area. The view is partial and there’s no enough light on the rooms, no safety boxes, etc Breakfast is very limited as well.

Pontos positivos: Apart hotel novo, quarto espaçoso com uma vista incrível, atendimento excepcional do gerente Nicolas, café da manhã honesto. Pontos de ressalva: Hotel fica numa ladeira e a maioria dos quartos tem acesso por escadas (não recomendo pra quem tem problemas de mobilidade), calefação do quarto não funcionou dois dias.
