I really like the stay. I loved the food and restaurant. The service of the waiter Cosme is excellent! The only thing I would like to say that I did not like is that the schedule of the pool is from 9am- 9pm which is late in the morning, so the day you are departing you cannot use it. Also they have a different schedule posted by the rooms 8am-10pm. So it was confusing.

My family enjoyed the slides and pool area. The rest of hotel amenities was old, outdated and neglected. Im sorry to leave negative comments since the staff was great. Wake up call to owners/upper management to re-invest in the the property. Bathroom was clogged and tiles missing, cracks everywhere

The room listed at hotels.com was the worst, filthy chairs and ants in the bathroom, not normal wear and tear just lack of cleaning . I was forced to uograde to a junior suit and paid additional 75 dlrs to get a cleaner room .I think they did on purpose made me pay a higher fee
