Bit of a drive and a little older but felt safe, right on beach too, and affordable. Definitely good location for families and older people who don't want to deal with load drunk people all over the place

The resort was undergoing remodeling so some floors were not accessible and some repairs were needed on my floor. Other than that my stay was very pleasant all the staff I interacted with where very helpful.

Dated hotel that needs more work to be enjoyable.

We stayed for 3 nights and hoped to extend our stay as the beach and views were beautiful. But the cold hot tub, cold rooms, poor wifi, and hot water that took 10 minutes to warm up made the stay less enjoyable. The staff were always friendly, but unable to help with the many deficiencies. We did have one very good meal at beachside restaurant. We enjoyed walks on the beach, but would only return if the hotel addresses the many areas which need repair.

You have to get a pet room when having a service animal I get it. We’re in Mexico, but the pet rooms are very awful. There was human hair all over the room. The shower mat had mold no hot water and the heater did not work. Just an awful experience I don’t recommend it and I would never go to that place again

Overall the hotel was a good experience, but bathtub was not in good conditions, and the hotel in general looks like it needs maintenance. The restaurant inside was a lifesaver because the hotels room service is very limited.
