Alternatively, you can walk down the street to explore the beautiful beaches, the pier, a beach running trail, and seaside parks. If you prefer to stay in the condo, you can enjoy a relaxing day with a gentle ocean breeze and peaceful evenings watching stunning sunsets.

The area near the pier, just a 2-minute walk away, offers everything you might need, including restaurants, convenience stores, great coffee, and delicious treats. You can also catch the free San Clemente hop-on hop-off trolley from here, which will take you up the hill to Avenida Del Mar, where you can enjoy more shops, restaurants, outlet malls, and another farmer's market.

The Neighborhood:
The location is in the San Clemente Pier Bowl, which resembles a charming Spanish-style walking village. Here, you'll find small cafes, an excellent coffee shop, ice cream, a convenience store, and two fantastic restaurants. Additionally, there is a waterfront park and a beach walking trail. During your stay, you could easily get by without using your car at all.

Getting Around:
You can easily walk to almost everything you need or take the free seasonal trolley to reach even further destinations. Here are some highlights:

- Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. We ask that you treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to address them as soon as possible, but please note that no one lives on-site 24/7.

- Strict quiet hours are in effect from 10 PM to 8 AM.

- This condo is part of a fully soundproofed 6-unit building, with all six units owned and operated by us. Five of these units are one-bedroom, and we also have a studio. If you need multiple units, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate you. This is condo #1 of 6.

- We allow up to 2 pets (or 3 if they are all small) with prior approval. Most breeds are acceptable as long as they are quiet and well-trained. Our pet fee is $20 per night per pet. We have a small "dog park" on-site, and San Clemente is a pet-friendly area!

- The unit is limited to a maximum of 4 guests. For each additional guest beyond three, there will be a charge of $25 per person per night.

**Unit Privacy:**
- There are security cameras in the outside common areas only (none inside the units).
- We have decibel sound meters in the kitchen and balcony areas of our condos to monitor any violations of our quiet hours. These devices do not record or listen in any way; they only measure the overall noise level (Noise Away Brand).
