DON'T STAY HERE

This place does not deserve a 9.4 rating. The bed is so uncomfortable, walls are paper thin and we heard every conversation made by our neighbors. Yes i know they are renovating but the hotel is still trash. And the workers were up at 630am playing mysic in the hallways while painting. The view of the marina was nice but also u share the horel with the boat owners who also use the marina. They were in the pool using the parking spots and the fitness area. Very unprofessional and made it not very kid friendly. We will not being staying there again and highly recommend others to do more research and just stay at the nicer place called Humphreys right next door.

Construction at property- only notified of this 3 days before visit, and extent of it was downplayed by hotel, but in reality- no bar, restaurant, breakfast. Understand the work going on there and their efforts to improve the site. Just didn’t work for us.

Renovation in progress restaurant closed..offered mornin coffee, recommed that coffee,tea and hot chocolate be offered 24 hours in lobby. Across street is bay and park nice to hot beverage and watch sunset and in room coffee not the best. Liked size of room, fridge and microwave along with dining table and 2 chairs.

Unfortunately the property was undergoing a MAJOR renovation, during our stay. The restaurant and Lobby area was completely gutted. Would have been nice to know about this when we were booking.

Great location in the Marina

The hotel was going through a renovation during our visit, therefore things were different. The restaurant and bar were closed. It’s in a great location, wonderful views of the marina. We enjoyed our stay and would happily stay there again.

The property is being renovated, otherwise the property conditions would have been rated higher. The staff was very accomodating in assisting us and informing us prior to our stay of the conditions. We have stayed here before as it is one of our favorite hotels that is close to the airport, but with a bay or marina view. Shelter Harbor Island has great sunset views.

Loved our stay here. my boyfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights and was absolutly amazing. the view from our room was gorgeous and is in an amazing area its super quiet with lots of dining options around so much to do in this area
