This incredible apartment is perfectly situated right on Mission Bay, offering direct access to the sandy shores. Steps from the sand and nestled along the bayfront boardwalk, it’s ideal for leisurely strolls, biking, or paddleboarding. With Mission Beach just across the street, enjoy easy access to vibrant boardwalk energy, iconic Belmont Park, and the ocean waves. Whether you’re relaxing by the bay or exploring nearby attractions, this location is unbeatable! The apartment is located on the second floor.
1. Quiet Hours: Please observe City of San Diego quiet hours between 10PM and 7AM.
2. Electricity: Help us conserve energy by closing doors when using air conditioning or heat and turning off both when not home. Turn off lights when not in use or when leaving the house.
3. Coasters & Placemats: Use coasters on all furniture before placing drinks and a placemat when dining to keep everything in great condition.
4. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited on the property. A $500 fine will be charged if we find/smell evidence of smoking indoors.
5. Laundry: Washer and dryer are available downstairs in the first garage. You may use these at your will, except during quiet hours. Please provide your own laundry detergents.
6. Trash & Recycling: Trash and recycling bins can be found in the kitchen. Once full, discard in the large outdoor bins located behind the house in the parking area.
7. Guests: Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the house during your rental period, with a maximum of 4 guests. No additional visitors are permitted without prior approval.
8. Pets: No pets are allowed in the apartment. If we notice evidence of an unregistered pet, there is a fine of $250.
9. Access: The front door is equipped with a keypad and a unique code has been provided to you prior to your arrival. In the event of being locked out, please contact your host immediately.
10. Parking: Please park in your designated spot only. Parking anywhere else along the house may result in towing.
11. Illegal Substances/Activity: No illegal substances nor activities are allowed on the property.
