This stylish beach house was newly constructed in 2019. Guests enjoy the proximity to the beach as well as Newport St, the "Main Drag" of Ocean Beach. While guests can walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, etc, they also enjoy one private off-street parking space. This home is upscale and inviting, it features Air Conditioning, triple glazed windows and a spacious open floor plan. The 2nd floor deck is a delight with comfortable chairs, bar top dining and firepit.
