Loved the property! Like an upscale apartment away from home. Full size kitchen, great bathroom, comfortable bedroom and living room with balcony. The building is great. One whole floor devoted to public lounge, full size gym, game room and pool. Everything clean and modern. Close to harbor and restaurants. If you’re looking for room service and housekeeping though, it’s not for you.

Worth your precious pennies! 10/10

From now on this is our place to stay if we visit SD. The location is perfect about 2-3 blocks from little Italy and about a 10-15 minute walk to port side. Parking was a bit complicated the first time because there are two parking garages so make sure you’re in the correct one. This building houses residents on other floors and 11th floor I assume is all Kasa hotel guest. The interior screams luxury. Our apartment was huge and had beautiful city views. Kitchen has everything you need and having a washer/dryer was a big plus. Now, the amenities will blow you away. Pool and spa overlook the city. Gym is super clean and huge. The sky deck on the 37th floor was the cherry on top. If you’re on the verge, look no further and just book and thank me later.

Stayed here for a few nights and my girlfriend and I loved it. We definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in downtown San Diego. Walking distance to bars and restaurants, extremely clean and beautiful amenities with a pool on the 7th floor roof.

Our first stay with Kasa was amazing. Very spacious rooms, full modern kitchen and OMG, their beds was like sleeping on a cloud. Amenities were great. We love it and will definitely stay with Kasa again!

Amazing place to stay! The apartment is brand new, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully stocked, pans, plates dishes and silverware, making it perfect for cooking at home. The amenities are exceptional — from the state-of-the-art gym and relaxing hot sauna with a top-tier massage chair, to the stylish community room and cozy fireplace lounge with comfortable couches. There’s also a great workspace with private meeting rooms, ideal for remote work or business travel. Truly a perfect balance of comfort, luxury, and functionality!

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Kasa Little Italy! We were in San Diego for a conference, and coming back each day to a clean, comfortable apartment was such a refreshing change from the usual hotel experience. The apartment was incredibly spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully furnished. It had everything we needed and more. The location is unbeatable walking distance to so many great restaurants and top San Diego attractions. It truly felt like our own little retreat in the city. We absolutely loved our stay and are already planning to come back next year. Highly recommend!

The place was very clean, it was like a little home away from home. My biggest complaint was I wish it had a full body mirror either in the living room or bedroom. The only mirror was in the restroom.

Could not ask for a better location! Very clean and had everything you need. We reserved parking which was convenient, close to the elevator and direct access to 10th floor. Nice outdoor balcony with view of the bay, great pool, hot tub and large outdoor space, there was also a very nice gym, and sauna. Easy walk to Little Italy Farmers Market, the water front, Santa Fe Depot and tons of restaurants and bars. There was some construction and the airport is very close but noise was out an issue for us at all. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Where’s the dining table?

Our only complaint is that there’s no dining table. The kitchen is beautiful and we really wanted to cook, but we had to eat at the coffee table because, in spite of there being plenty of room for a dining table, there’s just a big empty space there. Other than that, the place is wonderful.
