Like the new and modern interior, clean rooms and kitchen, enough elevators so never crowded, very close to ocean and little Italy, love the location. Perfect place for staying with dog. Little noisy coming from the fans below, so hotel had ear plugs ready, might be better to stay on ocean side. Will visit again soon.

The room was emmaculate and had every ammenity you can think off. The 24/7 gym is the best hotel gym i've seen by a long shot. The area is safe and walkable, just a few steps away from all the great restuarants little italy has to offer and waterfront park. I really liked that they had lockers in the lobby i could keep my luggage in even after i checked out as i had a late flight. Super convienient. One downside is that rooms don't block out any sound whatsoever and there was construction going on during the later part of my stay. Still, i don't think i'd stay anywhere else in little italy.

Great stay!

Great stay! A little confusing on how to get into the building but we eventually figured it out. Loved the floor to ceiling windows and blackout curtains. One of them Didnot work in the second bedroom though. Bathrooms were big and beds were comfy. Kitchen had everything you need. Highly recommend staying here! 5 minute walk from little Italy.

Our stay with KASA was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Friendly building staff who are very helpful. The unit has everything you would need for an extended stay. It definitely added to the contentment of my trip.

Great Place!

Great place, centrally located, spacious and clean. Only issue was the extensive renovation work going on begunning at 7am in the morning. The waterblasting and leaf blower was annoying and not a particularly pleasant way to wake up every morning. It would have been better to maybe wait until mid morning when most people are outnof their apartments before starting up the work. Otherwise, absolutely fantastic olace.

Incredible property, awesome value. My son said it was nicer than our house. Service was great, communications were great. Amenety level and quality are exceltional. This would be my go to in San Diego. Will be looking for other KASA properties for future travel.

This new property created a high end visit. The virtual desk was prompt with their responses and never hesitated to help when asked. This property was centrally located between most of San Diego’s biggest attractions like the zoo, the USS Midway, Little Italy etc. I would highly recommend this spot!

Love the space! It was nice and spacious. Had everything I needed as if I was home. Building had great amenities. A 5 minute walk to Little Italy. Starbucks is across the street. But most of all it was safe and clean.

Amazing Hotel!

All I have to say this place was amazing. I wish there was more hotel/apartment rentals like Kasa. Its a new building in San Diego with amazing views. We had a 2bed 2 bath, CORNER apartment for new years and it made our trip 100x better. What a great experience, kitchen fully stocked, bathrooms had more than enough towels, and customer service was top notch.. I would come here again. thank you!

This is a non-traditional hotel and is like a service apartment. We enjoyed our stay here. It was comfortable for our family of 4. Even though there is no front desk, there was no trouble in getting in touch with someone by using their provided phone number or chat. The location was perfect for being in a walkable distances to good restaurants. We will be going back to this place when we are around and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment like hotel.
