Stayed here close to family birthday for 100 y old Mom. Had to book an extra night that cost $50.00+ more than the daily rate for first 5 days. I was told to add a day to original booking to save but no saving!! Felt like I got screwed by the hotel clerk.

Very good value for the cost; breakfast is typical fare at this level (cold hard boiled eggs, cereals, pre-packaged yogurt w fruit, muffins, etc. Important pluses: room cleanliness, everything worked, clean pool, relatively safe; important negatives: next to no soundproofing, noisy pool, noisy outdoor halls, construction/remodel of cheap quality.

Everything was fine when I arrived when I was getting ready to go in to the bathroom.The door was locked.I could not get it in to use the restroom.So I had to go downstairs to the main lobby to use the restroom.My Heigene bag was in the Bathroom I cannot get to it I also had my towel in the bathroom.I was not able to shower I Have to go back to pick up my bag.That was locked in the bathroom i don't live close by. I had to inconvenience myself to go back to the hotel.I'll because the bathroom door was not working properly

It newly remodeled, nice wood floors the only downside for me was the pillow they were hard and clumpy. Other than we stayed for 1 night for a softball tournament and it was reasonable price.

First time here. And probably my last. The staff were terrible at explaining things. It smells in the hallways and just felt grungy. I did feel safe though which was my main concern. I was happily surprised with my large king bedroom but omg the hard floors were so gross and dirty you could feel it.

Rooms were recently remodeled and looked great at first glimpse, however, over our weeklong stay, we noticed a few things about our room that looked to be cheaply or terribly remodeled. Light fixtures were almost hanging out of the ceiling next to the entrance, there was a huge spot of patchwork done behind our toilet, but no paint done over it, outlets installed upside down, caulk stuck to the inside of the bathtub, windows that do not even open they are caulked shut. Our fridge also froze everything no matter what we said it to, the TV remote was falling apart with us barely even touching it. When we first entered our room, I also noticed that they did not replace the bedding. Our sheets, and the comforter were dirty with what looked to be coffee. The shower curtain was made of cloth and flooded the bathroom anytime anyone would shower, I had to lay towels on the floor to ensure that we didn’t flood. The staff was very nice and happy to replace the bedding and towels for us.

it's close by the freeway. elevators floor was not clean of arrival and departure. our request prior to arriving was not accomplished. one of our beds had hairs and the sink was clogged. I was really not comfortable staying their but had no other option. I was not offered either a discount or something for all the inconvenience.
