Located on a quiet street in North Pacific Beach, just 2 blocks to the beach, this newly remodeled spacious 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home has it all for your family beach vacation! Large kitchen, central A/C, brand new bathrooms, garage and large yard with jacuzzi, BBQ, putting green and outdoor seating for relaxing with the ocean breeze and California sun. We provide all the beach gear and baby gear for your little ones! Professionally cleaned using enhanced cleaning protocols.

For sleeping arrangements, we have 4 huge bedrooms, with a king size bed in each room, except for one bedroom that has 2 twin beds, perfect for kids. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. We can sleep up to 8 adults comfortably. We also have a sofa sleeper in the living room. Our home is perfect for a three-generation family, 2 families vacationing together, or 3-4 couples who are looking for a great beach getaway!

We just remodeled two full bathrooms and completely re-landscaped the backyard to add a jacuzzi, putting green, and lots of seating. The kitchen comes fully stocked with drip, Keurig and Nespresso coffeemakers, pots/pans, spices, blender, dinnerware you'll need to make any home-cooked meal.

We provide all the linens, pillows, blankets, sheets, towels. There are full size washer and dryer and detergent. Provided beach gear includes boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels, beach toys, and wagon. Pack light if you are vacationing with little ones. We offer a crib, two pack 'n plays, one high chair, and single and double strollers.

Parking are detached garage and free overnight street parking in front of the house. Internet speed is 500 Mbps.

We strongly encourage our guests to purchase trip insurance. So sorry that we cannot accommodate animals of any type due to health concerns among our staff and guests.

For larger groups, we also have a separate 2 bedroom unit in the back available for 6 more people! The back unit is completely separate from the front house and there are no shared use of the backyard or beach equipment to maintain your privacy, but there is a gate we can open for guests who rent both units together. The Neighborhood:
Pacific Beach (PB) is popular for its prime location and is a great place to visit for a vacation all year round. Our beach is filled with surfers, sun bathers, swimmers, families and an endless supply of fun. The board walk is filled with roller bladders, runners and cyclists, or just the strollers and people watchers. It’s definitely a place where you can go and sit on a bench and enjoy all the different walks of life that Pacific Beach has to offer.

Crystal Pier, located in the heart of PB, and just a short 5 minute walk from our home is where you can find great beach shops, restaurants and cafes along the boardwalk. The beach continues south for about two miles becoming Mission Beach. At the south end of the beach area is Belmont Park with the famous Big Dipper Roller Coaster at Belmont Park with fun rides, shops and restaurants.

There is no shortage of “things to do” in PB, all within walking distance from our home. Garnet Ave and Mission Blvd are filled with places to eat, drink, shop…where you can choose from a wide range of restaurants, nightclubs, sports bars, pubs and coffee houses. Pacific Beach is the most popular beach destination in the city of San Diego and draws large crowds all year round. Having a car is important to get around San Diego, but you can can walk to everything in Pacific Beach from this house. Beach, boardwalk, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, playgrounds, bike rentals are all within walking distance.

Fantastic rental for families. Much bigger than we expected with plenty of space for our group (4 adults and two kids, using all the rooms). Lots of great amenities for traveling with kids including a big wagon to take to the beach, beach toys, books, kids plates/cups etc. The beach is such an easy walk and really lovely. There was the perfect amount of surf as well; some waves farther out for boogie boarding but very gentle closer in for our toddler to splash around. Wonderful restaurants and cafes nearby too. A great base for our multi generational family gathering!

Everything about this property was amazing. The floorplan was perfect with plenty of space for everyone. The backyard is a big plus with the putting green, grill and plenty of seating. I can't say enough about how well stocked the kitchen was. It made cooking so easy. The walk to the beach was really convenient. We would definitely stay there again. My family and I just had an awesome 4 night stay at this home. Check in was super easy and the host was great to communicate with. Best VRBO Ever

This place is a dream. We walked to the beach every day, which is about a block and a half away. There is an excellent fish restaurant a couple of walks away. Wonderful location.The home is delightful and updated. They had everything we needed to travel with our three-year-old and six month old. Some of the wonderful details: a Bosch dishwasher, children’s dishes, sparkling waters, and snacks upon arrival, tons of children’s books and toys. The folks who own this place thought of everything. What a treat.

Pacific beach staycation!

Upon arriving, the property manager communicated very well with everything needed to have a wonderful stay! The house itself was beautiful and it was also a quiet neighborhood. Was able to walk to certain restaurants and the beach as well! Was provided all the essentials needed for the beach as well. Was also able to communicate with any maintenance issues that we had and they jumped right on it. Would highly recommended staying!

Great Family House

We stayed here for a long weekend away with our kids and another family with young kids. The house was great for the two families and was walking distance from most things that we wanted to do in Pacific Beach. There were a number of kids books, outdoor games, and other things that our kids had a great time with. There was also a door between the bedroom area and the LR area, which helped with noise when people woke up on different schedules and when the adults wanted to hang out after bedtimes.
