Summary: This is a unique rental, which combines the convenience of vacation rentals with event spaces to enjoy. Like a hotel suite but with a large yard, you will have plentiful areas to enjoy for your stay.

4 bedrooms at our resort with a central meeting space that is a historic church from 1909 designed by innovation and renowned architect IRVING GILL. He created the building that we renovated and now call "The SANCTUARY". All bedrooms and houses are within the same property, known as Good Life Vacation Rental Resort.

(2) EVENT DECK Private Sanctuary deck, suitable for lounging or outdoor space for events with catering and food truck access. (upgrade: invite outside guests and host and event)

(3) ACCESS TO FREE EVENT SPACES: Unbooked event spaces & Beach Boardwalk lobby are available for your enjoyment. If there is a private event and you would like to use our event space, please inquire as to what is available such as our Beach Boardwalk, Event Tents, Bamboo Garden and Game Tent. Let us know what you need and we would love to make your stay amazing.

LEGAL HOTEL: We ask that you please upload your ID via our welcome software to unlock wifi, entry codes, and parking details. As a legal hotel, this is a California requirement.
