First and foremost it will be an honor for us to host one of our units and share our love for San Diego with you. We invite you to celebrate life and get to know our exquisite city. San Diego is a melting pot of cultures. Your stay is in heart of San Diego. Our apartment is a walking distance from Balboa Park, San Diego Downtown, and Little Italy. Five a minute walk to Hillcrest and a mile far from Airport. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place.
The Space:
Modern, luxurious and prime location. All three in one just for you. Open plan, with top of line king size mattress for a great night sleep. Chic Boutique furniture and accessories that have been hand-picked especially for each unit’s needs. Inspired by a pronounced interior designer from our sunny San Diego. Including two sofa bed for extra sleeping space. The natural light in the unit is astonishing to say the least. You have the view of Balboa Park, San Diego just outside your window. We welcome you to enjoy the scenic night view right from your unit. Of course, if you prefer shade or privacy, we do have faux wood blinds that you can adjust to your liking. Kitchenette has a microwave and a fridge. Includes all dishware for up to four guests. Also includes an electric kettle, toaster and drip coffee machine. Everything you need to make your stay feel like a home away from home. We would also love for you to enjoy your outside space and the view FirSix has to offer
The Neighborhood:
We are on the corner of Fir St and Sixth Avenue in San Diego. Right across Sixth Avenue is Balboa Park, one of the top destination attractions San Diego has to offer. You will find amazing Museums surrounded by gorgeous gardens. Walking through Balboa Park you will also find a lot of local vendors and artists. You can do your morning run at the park and enjoy Sunny San Diego. Conveniently located on sixth avenue and a CVS a block away from outside of the building. You will be within walking distance from restaurants and coffee shops.
San Diego Zoo,
San Diego International Airport
Seaport Village,
Little Italy,
Gaslamp Quarter,
and San Diego Convention Center are minutes away by car or a short Uber/Lyft ride.
Getting Around:
Having a vehicle is ideal anywhere in California but not necessary when staying at this apartment. You will find many things are at a walking distance or short Uber/Lyft ride. Electric Scooters available around the building and you can ride or walk to Downtown San Diego, Little Italy and Balboa Park Museums. The San Diego airport is 2.4 miles to our apartment, that is usually a couple minutes’ drive.
Other Things to Note:
Parking
We do have a parking garage on the property, but it is limited and is on a first come first serve basis, the fee for parking in our parking garage is 30$ per day. There is also parking on the streets surrounding our building. However, it is meter parking. Be aware of the signage. Always make sure to lock your vehicle. Please make sure to email us prior to your arrival if you choose to purchase a parking day pass, so we can email a parking pass and you can place it on the driver's side dash where it is visible. We have an on-site laundromat and it is located next to the vending machines and management office.

You can contact me through the Airbnb app anytime. I’m %100 here to help. I will do my best to make you feel at home. I left some chocolate and beverages in the refrigerator. Please feel free to have them.
