This home is shared with the owner living in the above unit, but you will have your own private entrance, and own private space that is not accessible by the owner (owner is rarely at the property and is pretty quiet).

Other Things to Note:
There is no parking on the driveway for this property - street parking only and sometimes it is very difficult to find street parking in this area due to it being so close to the beach.
