Things to be aware of before you book:
-Minimum age to book is 25. No exceptions.
-Please be aware that not all of our neighbors are on vacation. In accordance with San Diego law, at no time of day are guests allowed to have loud gatherings, excessive noise or amplified music loud enough to bother the neighbors and other vacation renters.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Primary bedroom #1 has king bed and en-suite bathroom and access to front patio.
Primary bedroom #2 has cal king bed and en-suite bathroom and access to front patio.
Third bedroom has a cozy queen bed, located on main living floor.
Large loft area with two twins and a queen bed.

Outdoor areas:
Enjoy outdoor areas on every level.
On ground floor, enclosed front patio is private (not shared) with gorgeous ocean views.
Enjoy pretty garden, teak dining table, umbrella and BBQ.
On the second floor off main living area, the “coffee porch” is a favorite spot for our guests to gather.
On third floor, roof deck has stunning 360 degree views of beach, bay, and Belmont Park.

Heating & Cooling:
Please be aware there is NO Air conditioning in the home.
There are plenty of ceiling fans and standing fans.
There is central heat in the unit during cooler months

For our younger guests:
Tw Portable cribs, high chairs, built-in baby gates
Beach toys, books, board games, puzzles

Other things to note
Need more room? If your group is larger than 10, inquire about “The Dollhouse,” the two bedroom guest apartment above the garage. This charming space, originally built in the 1930’s can sleep an additional 4-5 guests.

There is no smoking anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas!
