Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire two-story townhome. This includes all four bedrooms, three bathrooms, the living areas, the kitchen, and the private bayfront balcony with a BBQ. You will also have access to a dedicated tandem parking space in the carport.
We respect our guests' privacy and aim to provide a seamless, independent stay. We will not be present during your visit but are readily available via the booking platform, phone, or text should you have any questions or need assistance.
Mission Bay and Beach
• Stair Access: Please be aware that this is a multi-level townhome. The unit is accessed from the second floor and occupies the second and third floors. It is NOT on the ground floor and requires navigating stairs.
• Provided for Your Stay: We supply a starter kit of essentials (paper towels, soap, etc.), all linens, bath towels, and beach towels. For your beach days, you will find 4 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, and 1 beach umbrella in the carport.
• Check-in/Check-out: Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. From Memorial Day to Labor Day, check-in is at 4:00 PM.
• Booking Process: After confirming your reservation, you will receive a rental agreement to e-sign and be asked to complete a simple identity verification to access your guest portal. Detailed check-in instructions, including your custom door code and property information, are available in the portal.
• Seasonal Stays: A Saturday-to-Saturday stay is typically required for the 6-7 night minimum during peak summer (June-August) and holiday seasons. Please inquire if your dates require flexibility.
• Pet Policy: Pets are NOT permitted in this home.
• Rate Policy: Prices change on a daily basis so the rates you see today may be higher or lower when booking!
• Age Policy: We do not typically rent to guests under the age of 25 or large parties. Please contact us prior to booking to see how we may accommodate your group.
• Property Note: This is a privately owned vacation home. Furnishings and decor may occasionally be updated and differ slightly from the photos.
We recommend a car for ease of getting around, but public transportation (city bus) is available nearby.
