Las Playitas San Felipe Rental - Casa Vista del Mar

As you enter the community you'll feel welcomed!! This 3 bedroom rental is right acorss the street from a conviniece store. 

Entering the home you are introduced to a wide living room area with lots of space for all guests. 

Off to the right is the kitchen, equipped for all cooking and dining necessities.

This rental features four bedrooms. 
The master bedroom has a king size bed with huges spaces. It features a full bathroom as well.
Second bedroom is huge and has plenty pleanty of room for extra air mattresses.
Third bedroom is very big as well, almost like a second living room, and features 2 full size sofa beds.
There is sleeping for 8 guests.  If you bring two air beds, four more guest sleocmfor a maximum occpancy of 12 guests. 

As you walk through the living room area you'll get to a back door which leads to an enormous back yard patio. Lots of space for a big family cook out, Not to metion the BBQ and the seated areas!! 

The home is just a couple of blocks from your own private beach!! Five minute drive to the San Felipe Malecon

Great place in San Felipe!

Nice house, great layout. Loved the view from the back patio. I sipped coffee and watched the sunrise over the sea of Cortez. It was warm when we arrived and the house manager left the A/C on for us and it felt great to come inside and cool off. Plenty of restrooms for the entire family. Bedrooms had comfortable beds and the master bedroom was huge and had a nice big king-sized bed. Negatives? Not many but I’ll complain about the vertical shades in the master bedroom that let in too much light on the days I wanted to sleep in. The check-in wasn’t the greatest as we arrived a few hours early but we had to wait until 3pm because the house was being cleaned. The office staff didn’t follow up with a phone call and we had to call at 3pm to see if we could get the directions and keys. Other than that, we loved the house and the cleaning lady was great as she left the house sparkling clean for us. The location was ideal for us as downtown was a few minutes north and the good beaches were a few minutes south. All was great and would recommend 10/10!
