Duplex apartment on two floors, with capacity for 6 people and private terrace. With communal pool in summer and gardens.



The main access is on the second floor where we find a bright hall, a master bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, a second bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning and a bathroom with shower.

Going downstairs we find a living room with air conditioning, TV, WIFI and fireplace, with access to a terrace with outdoor furniture, quite cool on hot days thanks to its orientation.

Fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for the stay, with dining table.

The distribution of this floor is completed by a second bathroom with shower and a third bedroom with bunk bed.



This property´s parking is public. Located in a very demanded area of San Fernando where you will find in addition to tranquility the Bahia Sur shopping center, where you will have everything at your fingertips, restaurants, entertainment, commerce and tourist activities.
