La atención excelente, lo unico malo es que hice la reserva vía móvil y al momento de llega hotel tenía otro nombre "Colombia plaza hotel",me dijeron que el dinero de la reserva no había entrado a la cuenta de ellos me tocó pagar otra vez la habitación y hasta el momento no he podido solucionar con hoteles.com. La queja es por hoteles.com no por el hotel
