In the district of Santa Lucia.(300 m) 2.5 km from the centre of San Gimignano, 10 km from the centre of Poggibonsi, outside the resort, 47 km from the centre of Siena. In a secluded, elevated position on a slope, 68 km from the sea, in the countryside. Private: garden 3'000 m2 (fenced) with flowers and trees, meadow, natural pond, swimming pool (14 x 6 m, depth 140 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 25.Apr. - 10.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Linen change weekly. 300 m long steep motor access (via unmade road). Roofed, parking (for 4 cars) at the house.
