This hotel is in a great location. Walking to the local shops, fine art galleries, zocalo, and great restaurants are around the corner. We will visit again and recommend this hotel.

The room was beautiful and well appointed, staff was very friendly, and the rooftop pool was heated so great for a winter dip. Onsite secure parking is a big plus, as we always rent a car when visiting the area. Location was great- right on the square, close enough to all of our favorite restaurants but away from noisy bars a few streets away which were problematic in past visits to San Jose. We arrived on artwalk night and it was very busy, so I was concerned about being on a main street but by 9 or 10 each evening it was very quiet. We liked it enough that we are already planning our next trip with a group, knowing we have options of one bedroom, two bedroom and studio to accommodate various family situations. We were in the smallest unit, yet had everything we could possibly need including well stocked kitchenette, balcony, and sitting/dining area. We would likely request the same room!

Great location, so close to the art walk and market but just far enough that it was quiet! Everything is walkable! Staff were very helpful and friendly! We arrived a little too early for our checkin but were allowed to access the rooftop pool and they stored our luggage! The room was great, lovely smelling toiletries, and since I’m a VIP Expedia member the staff brought a bowl of fruit for us to enjoy! Would definitely stay here again!

We were not informed that there would not be breakfast or an available dining room which made it very difficult and costly for taxi fees. The bath water was only warm and was cold before a quick shower was over. The overhead light came on at 3:00 am twice and difficult to find switch to turn off. Staff said they were aware of light problem although we were not informed beforehand

The staff was very professional and friendly. The room was as described and well stocked with everything you would need. The location is the best close to the square and ear plugs are provided for any street noise that might take place.

Excellent hotel. Enjoyed our stay. Rooftop pool was great and heated, with a fantastic view. There were 5 in our party and we had 3 connecting rooms which worked out great. Rooms are nice with comfortable beds, nice bathroom, and rooms with kitchen are modern and well designed. Hotel has electric bikes to borrow which was also nice. Located next to a busy street, so our room was a little noisy. Hotel restaurant was very good, but was closed part of our stay despite being listed as open. There is quick access out to Plaza Mijares, but that was also closed part of our stay, which requires a long walk around the block to reach the plaza. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Muchas gracias!
