The amenities are esthetic. The room is spacious and cozy. Staff are welcoming and attentative. The view from the room is fabulous. Food is yummy. Desserts and pastry can be better and fresher. The infinity pools are not crowded. It is a relaxing option for travelers who enjoy a chill and relaxing vacation.

The pros: really good food and drinks. Service was very good, room was always clean, friendly and attentive staff. Good bathroom amenities. The cons: hotel definitely needs a refresh/update. hotel was lacking design, lots of empty spaces, blank walls. Rooms had old antique like furniture with a couch that looked like it was from the 70s. You can hear everything outside your room. Hotel was also very very loud. You can hear traffic from your room. During pool hours they set up a speaker and microphone for entertainment but its as loud as a concert . They also set up the speaker right behind the chairs. The entertainment felt like a carnival cruise over an adults only resort. Not exactly the most relaxing pool scene. At one point, a landscaper was weedwacking for three hours right outside the pool as music was blasting. I also woke up at 815 the next day to a leaf blower.

Great service, amazing views, we saw whales from the pool everyday!! Service was top notch and food was amazing. Rooms are perfectly set up with all that you need and great views from the balcony. Room service breakfast was great. Entertainment staff was great, Katia was really fun at casino night and my wife loved the candle making class!! Fernando was a great Tepenyaki chef, we have scene many chefs and he put on a show like we have never experienced.

Very nice resort. Hassle free vacation for us. More of a boutique resort for adults only. Dinner options were great and easy to book through the app. Best of both worlds where you can relax on the quiet side or enjoy more of an activities and music atmosphere on the other side of the resort. Stunning views and great whale watching location! We will return without hesitation.

Our first time visiting Cabo, and this hotel truly set the bar high! The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The entire property is spotless, and the views are absolutely beautiful. The food was great too — the chicken quesadillas, pizza, and burgers were all delicious, and the room service was fast and very well prepared. I also want to give a special thank-you to Azucena, the food manager at the resort. She was so sweet and really made our stay extra special. And a huge shoutout to Chefs Caleb and Donald for putting on a great show — they made the dining experience even more memorable. Our waitress Alejandra was very sweet and took good care of us. The whole community there felt like family. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Everything was wonderful! 10 stars!!! The staff was excellent! They surprised me with a birthday party! They did it on their own! One of the female staff members over heard me say it was my birthday and the next day I was surprised! Very caring, kind and friendly! The hotel was clean the view is an actual postcard. One of the best birthday vacations I’ve had! It’s a must go! I’m going back again.

We recently stayed at Marquis Los Cabos and, while there were aspects of the property that we truly enjoyed, our overall experience was impacted by a series of issues that prevented us from having the relaxing and enjoyable stay we had anticipated. On a positive note, the property itself is beautiful, and the food throughout our visit was excellent. The pool and restaurant staff delivered exceptional service and were consistently attentive and welcoming. Unfortunately, the challenges began at check-in. We encountered unprofessional and unhelpful service from front desk representative Liania Rivera, and when we attempted to seek support from the Concierge team, Norma Gomez was similarly unaccommodating. Although the front desk team eventually worked to resolve the issues we reported, we lost several hours of our vacation waiting in our room for these matters to be addressed. The room also did not meet the standards expected from a resort of this caliber. Upon arrival: • The bathtub was visibly dirty. • The refrigerator was not functional. • The in-room safe did not operate. • A strong paint odor filled the room when we turned on the air conditioning. Maintenance later informed us that the smell originated from a nearby room that had recently been painted and that “we should be fine,” but the odor remained strong and unpleasant, making it difficult to rest.
