Enjoyed my stay mostly. Room was perfect. Front desk staff was great as well. If you stay here park in front or on the side no matter what. I parked in back in a well lit area and my truck was broken into and things were stolen. There are no cameras and no security to protect you. As the parking lots are shared.

The Travelocity app crashed during booking with the end result being duplicate, non-refundable, reservations. Aloft is no where near 100% occupancy so my duplicate reservation didn’t impact Aloft’s revenue by one cent. Both Aloft and Travelocity have refused a refund because of their policy; each claiming the other is the only one who can help. Choosing to be gracious hosts would cost Aloft nothing and get a chunk of good will for free, but no. Policy. No more Marriott properties for me. And the end of Travelocity/Expedia apps for me too.
