I’ve stayed here many times, the experience is always excellent. The staff is very professional and accommodating. Especially at the breakfast buffet, they are Muy bien! The property is in a very safe area of San Jose, Escazu. There’s two pools and a fully equipped exercise room. I highly recommend this place.

This hotel has a beautiful site with two heated and unheated pools. The hotel is in a good area, the staffs are very friendly, the breakfast is excellent, and the hotel is in a beautiful setting. It would be great if the hotel could do some renovation and new sheets and towels.

We spent one night here before returning home and found the hotel to be very safe and clean. The staff was friendly. It has a nice pool and breakfast included. It was an easy 30 minute drive to the airport.

Love this place! Apartment was a bit dated but clean and large! Great bath/shower. (But, I'd rather have it not updated and the price cheaper, so that was a win for us). The property was very nice, clean and beautifully appointed/laid out. The gym, pool and breakfast were excellent. Hot tub was hot, pool was comfy cool...Yay!! Customer service easy and clear and we felt very safe with the gated entrance. Area was nice. Would like to return again!!

Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Sitting on a road with heavy traffic. Old gloomy buildings. buildings are separate and it rains a lot in CR. Need to walk in the rain to access them. (The front desk & breakfast are in one bldg, my apt in another bldg, pool & jacuzzi in another bldg.) The breakfast is extremely basic, extra cost for eggs, pancakes, waffles etc Inaccurate/misleading listing (many things missing) No heating. It feels colder with the rain. Not worth the high rate.
