the hotel, bedroom was good but the toilet is so old and had to be flushed 3 to 5 times in order to clear the bowl. not very ECO friendly system

Large rooms. Good hot water. Huge lobby and lounge. Very good service. Food and drinks are reasonably priced compared to other areas of Costa rica. Room was quiet even with the close proximity to the airport. Piano lounge. Huge breakfast buffet? Well worth the extra charge.

We had a Master Suite, we did not have any wash cloths, and only two towels in each of the connecting rooms. Lights were popping out of the ceiling, door handles were falling apart, the phone in the master bedroom didn't work, the TV remote also did not work. They had a party at the pool area which went on until about 1 am. It was so loud we could barely sleep. Woke up several times throughout. We asked the front desk what time do they expect the noise to calm down and they said 30-60 mins. That was at 9 pm. When checking out they tried to charge us for a bottle of wine, which we do not drink wine at all. The front desk didn't even ask how our stay was. I would avoid this place at all costs.

Booked a Suite and had a leak from our bathroom ceiling day one. They had no room available to move us to. Our sink got clogged like day 4 but they did send someone to fix that quickly. Our room keys constantly stopped working. The staff is really nice. The hotel transportation isn’t custom to you, it runs every 3 hours. The shower doors dont close completely so they flood the bathroom.
