Clean spacious room, delicious hot buffet style breakfast with variety of food. Staff was very friendly. Beds were comfortable, rooms very clean, included micro fridge. Sauna was nice. Pool was a good size, pool towels available poolside. Small gym with treadmill and weights. Airport shuttle return to airport stops at 115 PM but they will pick you up from the airport from 10 AM to 11 PM Convenient location for what we were doing, small market and a variety of restaurants within walking distance

Room was a little dusty but nothing too bad. I was annoyed at the bed being on a second level, but the manager was very accommodating and offered another room if I didn’t like it. When I found out there was another restroom upstairs all was good! The pool was cloudy so we didn’t get in. Breakfast was delicious! Especially the gallo pinto and the coffee. Pastries were also good and the plantains. What I liked the most is their beds and pillows! 5 stars! I gave 4 because some of the counter staff were kinda rude and just gave us a funny look and I always had to ask for basic stuff, but they were pretty quick to address it. Location is good if you want to stay near the airport.

The entire facilities and rooms are much better than anticipated. The service and staff are excellent and attentive. The included breakfast buffet is super. Quality of the food and it's tastes are excellent. It's well worth it value-wise to stay here.

The staff hospitality was great, the grounds were lovely and the rooms were clean. I'd like to give a higher rating, but the buildings and rooms are definitely worn and need updating. They do not have smart TVs so expect to watch Netflix on your phone. The nearby road is noisy.

Stayed here on the first night of my trip, arrived late in San Jose. The airport shuttle was great at getting me to the hotel without navigating taxis late at night. Breakfast buffet the next day has a good amount of options - staff were all really friendly and helpful.

the room is ok.. the sink has a nasty odor. Customer service wasn't the best, the restaurant isn't opened after 930 pm. Prepare to do stairs, there is no elevator to the rooms in the upper floors (3)... There is no shower glass door, so prepare to see your room almost flodded after a shower... didn't like it much expected more of it

The online photo is misleading; we did not have a tv in the living room area or a table with chairs to eat a meal. The living room furniture was old, dirty, soiled. Floors were not mopped, many, many spiders and cobwebs. Counters were not clean, even when housekeeping came to clean. Staff was always pleasant and courteous.
