The property was average for the value it presented. How I was disappointed that at check in the “Supposedly upgrade my room as my wife needed wheelchair access and after we arrived at the room the main air conditioner was broken. Our one night stay was not the best experience.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Country Inn & Suites by Radisson and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to several issues. Firstly, I had specifically requested a vegetarian breakfast-to-go option, yet the one provided was non-vegetarian. This was quite frustrating, especially since I had communicated my dietary preference in advance. Secondly, the air conditioning unit in my room was leaking water directly onto the bed. This not only made sleeping uncomfortable but also resulted in my sleep being interrupted throughout the night. Lastly, the restroom door wouldn’t close properly, which was inconvenient and diminished my overall comfort during the stay. I was hoping for a more pleasant experience, but these issues left me quite dissatisfied. I would recommend the hotel address these concerns to improve the guest experience.

The people were absolutely lovely meaning the staff was lovely. It was nice enough, but the shower looked like it needed some renovation and the floors had been damaged from sun and water. It just needs some renovation, but it is perfectly fine to stay the night.

Don’t say you offer airport transportation, if it can’t be fulfilled. You should make it clear that it runs every hour on the booking website. Don’t just say you have complementary service that makes a difference in booking your hotel and when you ask the night before, what time does the shuttles are and you say OK I want a 715 and you show up and there’s no space it’s kind of unacceptable
