The airport shuttle pick up service was late , staff was rude and not welcoming , property was very outdated , had to request towels and wash clothes - housekeeping left trash didn’t remove until front desk was called ! Failed to provide / offer tours or help the list could go on - unless These things changed I wouldn’t recommend

Airport shuttle is not easy to find and runs only every hour. The standard room is much smaller than depicted and there is no elevator. Otherwise quieter than expected. The breakfast was okay. Friendly staff.

I really hate leaving bad reviews, but my room was definitely not ok . It was dirty, there were hairs in the bed - I slept in my clothes on top of the covers. The shower did not look clean and I didn’t dare take my shoes off for the shower. The smell coming up from the drains was horrible. Luckily I was only there for one night or I would have defiantly changed hotels. I would not ever stay there again . Sorry .

Service - oriented wonderful hotel

We love this hotel, shuttle works well, both ways. They will hold your luggage. Comfortable beds, beautiful grounds. We were leaving too early for the free breakfast so they made us to-go sack meals!. We will stay again if in the area.

Only stayed for one evening. The shuttle was convenient from the airport. Breakfast was good and all staff were lovely. The only downside was the blinds in the room let in a lot of light so I would suggest an eye mask. Lovely hotel for a quick stay near the airport.

This was our second time to come to Costa Rica and stay here in the hotel. We brought our son to this trip. He loved it as much as we do. We love the clean rooms, and grounds. The breakfast is always amazing and good local cuisine. The bar on site has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff are amazing, any questions you have they are very interested in answering for you. We love having a shuttle to and from the airport. They helped us this time in getting a rental car. My son said it was hands down the best and easiest car rental he had ever done. The house keeping had our room clean and tidied up so nice every day. It was great coming back to a fresh bed each day. Oh the beds feel like your laying on a cloud. We are planning our next trip already and just got home last night. Thanks so much Robert and Debbie Alvarado

This was a 3 night stay. My first issue poor communication on hotel’s end. I reached out via email 3 days prior to my arrival to arrange pick up for shuttle which was not confirmed until I was in the country and on the phone with front desk. Their apology was a slice of cake and letter in my room. The bathroom to the room had an odor reminiscent of urine. I notified front desk and requested that the bathroom be cleaned thoroughly however upon my return that night it did not appear that it was. The a/c vent has visible mold, the floor and baseboards were visible dirty. The mattress is old and strewn needs replacing. The grounds is in need of landscaping/ beautification and the pool definitely needs a running filter. All staff should be courtesy and do not get into the habit of lying to their guests. Photos are definitely enhanced. My room looked nothing like what I expected from the photos.
