This is a great place to stay if you are looking for something near the airport but not right in San José. The location is great, within walking distance of places to eat, some local shops, parks. It is an easy 10 minute drive to the airport (traffic depending) and conveniently located for seeing sites like the Poas Volcano and Doka Coffee Farms. I didn’t take the bus but it seemed close by. The space is clean, open, great for solo travelers or couples. Matthias and his family were so friendly and helpful about where to go in the area. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking to stay in this area.
