It was a quick free shuttle ride from the airport! Our flight schedule changed and we arrived early but were welcomed and our room was ready so we were given our keys. It had been a long travel day so we were very pleased! Our dinner in their Garden Restaurant was delicious! All of the staff we interacted with were very pleasant and helpful. We would return if we are in San Jose again.

The only thing was I had to go to the 3 floor to get ice !!! And I was on the 5 rh floor !! Why is there not a ice machine on every floor like other hotel businesses??
