Location is great, staff in some respect was nice and others were not. The drinks at the bar and the food in the hotel are VERY COSTLY- typical Costa Rica. The pool is EXTREMELY windy and almost un-enjoyable to be at, with very limited seating. Also, unless you plan to be a mall rat, there is not much to do in this area. We’ve stayed here twice now, and I will choose something different if we ever return. Thanks

I paid $22 for breakfast, which was largely inedible. The the eggs and plantains were rubbery, it was definitely not worth the cost. When I got home, I discovered they had charged me $20 to leave my rental car for 1/2 hour while I dropped off my luggage. They said they would not charge me, and now they are not responding to my messages, so I'm pretty annoyed. The room was clean and quiet and the airport shuttle was fine.
