Our first time here and we should have booked here sooner. Was a nice hotel, amazing room. Large bed and clean bathroom. Free shuttle to the airport from 4am-1am. This will be our next hotel when coming to San Jose landing. The evenings and for early flight out of SJ.

Great, great hotel stay in all ways! 5 minute shuttle to the airport, clean comfortable room, beautiful warm outdoor pool on the 4th floor, helpful staff, good restaurant. I will stay again.

We had such a great experience at this hotel. My husband left his wallet in our Uber and the front desk staff jumped right in to help. They contacted the driver in Spanish as we know very little and his wallet was returned. They were so kind and patient as we were a little frazzled. I wish I could remember the names of the two young women that were working. Everything they did for us was beyond kind. The room itself was very spacious and clean. Beautiful bathroom. Room service was excellent. We had a middle of the night noise issue from a room next door that was taken care of quickly with a call to guest services. We were very impressed. Overall a great experience

The walls are paper thin and we heard every word and groan from the couple in the next room. The noise from the road was loud and constant. we had no rest at all!it definitely was a disaster. To be such a nice facility-why not pay for sound proofing??? It was a true nightmare

Very Noisy, No Sleep

The hotel itself was nice, very clean and service was good. Plus the location by the City Mall was great in that you have plenty of restaurants to pick from. However, the hotel is located on a very busy road and window insulation for sound is very poor. So you could hear every motorcycle, truck or emergency vehicle that goes by. Probably the worst sleep I've every had at a hotel. Also, the bed was very hard.
