My husband and I booked this hotel but unfortunately we were denied entry from immigration. I contacted this hotel to let them know what happened and I was ensured that I’d get my refund. Since coming back to the States the night of that day we denied entry, they’ve been dodging calls from Expedia. A whole week later and we’re still waiting for our refund.

The hotel Alarm went off a coyote of times. And it was a false alarm. They made us walk and exit the building through the starirs. But at the end the alarm was activated as a prank. And the hotel not even an apology gave us.

Me gusto buen ubicado lindo pero nos toco concierto bad bunny y por ende no subian ni comida ni nos dejaban ir al bar rest . Teniamos que pagar ingreso. Cosa que no deberian cobrarmos a los huespedes pero de ahi hotel limpo desayuno deli. Atrncion de primera abajo.

We only stayed in San Jose one night but this property was everything we needed. Super easy to get to from the airport but still central to San Jose, great amenities —particularly the Cloud Restaurant and pool, and modern, spacious rooms. Our room had an amazing view as well! Highly recommend staying here while San Jose whether for a short time or longer visit!
