Absolutely loved this place. I stayed only one day to be close to the airport after 10 days in Guanacaste and I was absolutely not disappointed at all. This place was very cute clean and the staff was great.

It is noisy, but of course, perfectly understandable as it is literally across the road from the airport runway. The negatives for this very nice little hotel are simply due to its convenient location near the airport, so no, there really isn’t anything to walk to or see near it. The property is pretty, has a nice pool and looks great at night. Finding some drinks to enjoy around the pool during the day is a challenge though. BYOB. And they have a very nice dog!

They have an electric gate when you get left off a busy airport road that is opened when you honk your horn or call the front desk. Good safety. Ph. Number is on the gate. Busiest road on Dan Jose at rush hour when we arrived. Poor planning.

Very conveniently located 5 min drive from the airport … room was comfortable enough but it’s really not a place to stay, more like an airport hotel. It’s on a very busy road, so it’s noisy. Yard/ pool are really basic (“cabanas” look like they were former garages?) Again, perfectly fine for an early flight or late arrival, which is why we used it for !

Clean, affordable, lowkey.

It is a clean and affordable small hotel. The staff are wonderful- kind, helpful, accommodating. Shower was a cut above with good pressure and hot. No self-electrocuting water heater. Breakfast was perfect. My only sort of negative were the bed pillows. I’m fussy. Could upgrade those. Light sleepers should request a room away from the front (near the highway) or take earplugs. (Nothing they can do about the planes overhead and even the expensive hotels near the airport are loud.)
