Only a few minutes away from the heart of Downtown San Jose, this house offers a great location steps from Japantown. Our rental property is a 5 minute walk to the heart of Japantown, which offers groceries, restaurants, and shopping.
One block away from the Japantown/Ayer Lightrail station(VTA). The Lightrail provides easy access to Downtown San Jose's lively eating, walking and nightlife culture.

The listing is for the entire house which is 1500 Sq. feet inside and private fenced backyard. Front door opens up after a few steps of stairs. First Floor: Living Room, Dining Room, Fully remodeled Kitchen with breakfast bar, Laundry Room with toilet and sink, Loft which opens up to backyard. Second Floor: Bedroom one with queen size bed and walk in closet. Bedroom two with 2 twin beds with full size closet and attached nook.
This house has no central air conditioning. Both bedrooms upstairs have their own remote controlled AC Unit. We supply guest with standing fan downstairs.
