This place is a scam Not safe -you can not lock the door or window All the furniture are damaged Not clean att all I left the place after 2 min and i had to stay in a different Place

Perfect location

Great location, easy to walk to Ave Escazu (5 min), CIMA (10min), even Pricemart or the Mall (15+min). Be aware... you can easily walk to these locations, but in order to drive, you have to go back out to the toll road or other roads and go way around the back way (15-20min drive time). Just to be aware. The property is secure and security is on-site. The apartment is basic but quite comfortable. We would happily stay there anytime we visit that area again.

Disliked: Cleanliness

Not good for a long stay

Maintenance issues, such as poor lighting, broken shower head, and sagging bed in master bedroom are the reasons for poor rating. Also, they made us move 10 days into our 6 week stay, and I didn't like it. The building is nice and the workers around it are helpful were the best part of it. The area is a bit of a "food desert" with only one small grocery store within walking distance.

Myself and 2 friends spent 9 days here every thing is so convenient to the location. Could use some updating lots of burned out non functional lighting dark at times otherwise great condo!!

San Jose Stay

The property was very nice in a great location. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, hospital, pharmacy and food market. The only issue was no TV in the bedroom as advertised. Everything else was great. I would stay here again in the future.

Good Place That Allows Small Dogs

Overall I would likely rent here again as it is one of the few condos in the area that allows small pets. There are some improvements to be made but I'm sure the owner will take care of them as we discussed them. Please note that the smaller bedroom does not have a fan or TV as depicted in the photo.
