The hotel was in a good area, but needed some work. The bathroom light didn’t work, the AC was noisy as hell and the floor creaked from the guest room above us. The staff was friendly though and the property was clean.

Air conditioner was dirty you could see black dirt inside I was afraid to turn unit on. Bed had a hair inside sheets plus some stains. If the rate was lower I might have rated slightly higher but rate was too high for condition

Disorganized, dirty, unfriendly motel

Arrived on a Thursday early afternoon, was not given a 2 bed that had been booked months prior and not sure why, as it was not crowded. Several issues with key cards on their doors. Next day given 2 bed room, room had dried watermarks on sink and in bathroom. We were provided the bare minimum towels, had to get several key cards, they had to change their faulty key scan on the door twice... Dust bunnies under pillows and several other floor and storage spaces, no cleaning service while there a few days. Cleaning people did not apear to change out bedding while going from room to room, i stood in the parking lot and was at my vehicle observing this while i was doing stuff on my phone. The staff were seldomly helpful and didnt seem to know what was going on.

I have been here multiple times before, never had an issue until now I cut myself shaving grabbed a towel to stop the bleeding and they took 20.00 from my deposit. For a crappy towel that they will over bleach and use again. Much worse goes on in these rooms. I could have bought a whole set of better towels for 20.00 never staying here again

Our stay was okay until Ac went out in our room. They said it would turn back on but it never did. Woke up a few times because of how hot it was all night and they did nothing to resolve the issue when we expressed it to them at check out.
