This place was terribly run down. All we wanted was a hot shower and a place to lay down. The shower (can hardly call it that) was to weak to wash the soap off oneself. The bed was there… but unfortunately had been there too long. Staff were great, not their fault the place was obsolete. Airport shuttle only runs

Upon arrival we were placed in a room to the back of the hotel in an isolated area that was not clean with dirty worn out carpets, holes in the walls, and cloths all over the floor. The room had broken and outdated furniture and the bathroom did not look clean. I asked to have my room changed and was not accommodated. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff in the breakfast buffet were super helpful and friendly.

Not too bad a place a little older but everything was clean dining options were nice to have. Shuttle to the airport was nice.We had to leave to early to the airport for breakfast but it's good to have that option.

Booked 2 rooms for a family of six. They did not have the rooms in the same building. I asked for rooms that were close together. They had to downgrade us to get us in the same building on the same floor. We got to the rooms and they were very dated, bathrooms were dirty, one of the bathroom windows would not close all the way, the shower head was falling out of the wall, and just not what I expected from a Wyndham. When I checked in I asked if there was any other type of room that would accommodate us and was told only the presidential suite. I was willing to pay the $500 per night for it as we only needed one night. I was told it was not available. After seeing the condition of the rooms, I went back to the front desk and advised them of the issues. There was a manager present who upgraded us to the presidential suite (apparently it was now available) and we moved. It was in better condition but did not have adequate towels and washcloths for a party of six, and it was still apparent that the hotel has not been updated in a very long time. Several areas had plaster that was cracked and patched, some common areas were moldy, pool area was just okay. I appreciated the staff that upgraded our room, but Wyndham needs to put some work into their location near the San Jose Airport in Costa Rica. Will never stay there again.

I was not helped at entrance with my luggage, I was looking for a place to unwind and relax before my trip back home and I didnt get that here due to no hot water in room and hot tubs not working, the children did not want to use the pool water

Loved staying here. It was quiet and lots of space and has 3 swimming pools. We were upgraded to a larger suite because the room we were gonna stay in was under repair. Overall a good experience.

The pool bar was not open because it was a weekday. It was very boring. No entertainment at all. The restaurant on site food was not good. The rooms need major updating. The shower is a huge jacuzzi tub so any older person will be unable to shower.

Very clean, everything working. Airport shuttle only until 9:30p. Flights from Dallas land after 9:30p. So the shuttle is not free after that time.

Old and gross - don’t stay here!!!

Would never stay here again. Very run down, needs major investments. Dirty and old. We had 2 rooms - in one we found 2 roaches and in the other the bathtub was so disgusting, the kids had to shower with flip flops.
