We had such a great time! Tried out this hotel with a large family. 3 rooms! We had a great time and great views from our room. I had a minor AC issue in our room and they immediately had a maintenance tech come and fix the problem. Very speedy and attentive. Will definitely be staying here again!

Property is very secure. The staff was friendly. You can sit in the roof top hot tub and take in spectacular views of the city. The breakfast buffet was huge and everything we tried was delicious. The only disappointing thing during our stay was our meal from the restaurant in the lobby. The boneless wings had a weird coating, but were decent tasting. The pepperoni pizza and cheesecake were not good at all. The creme brule was the star of the show. We would definitely stay here next time we are in Guatemala City, we would just wander out for dinner. Overall, we had a great stay!

The properties were great, but the service I got when I tried to change a flight was horrifying. Two days after an agent told me my card had been declined, which wasn’t true because my bank would have notified me and there was plenty of money in it, your agent charged me for a flight that I had already arranged. I had to shut my card down three days before the end of my vacation. Thank God he, I was with somebody that had extra money.
