The hosts are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The room is clean and accommodating. The rooftop area is delightful for relaxing, the breakfast delicious, and the hot tub relaxing while overlooking the city. Location is excellent!

This is one of the best stays I’ve ever been, i have been in luxurious resorts before, but this guesthouse has a very special vibes that warmed my heart. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends, and will be my to go when I come back. Location is in the heart of old san juan, next to good restaurants. The place is so clean and smells amazing, a thing that I always appreciate during my stay. Breakfast is so amazing, and best thing to start your day with.

This may very well be the best boutique hotel we have stayed at in 35 years of global travel. The owners, Fred and Teresa were wonderful, the hotel has an amazing history and the renovation is just amazing. It was quiet, safe and isn’t a very exciting and migrant neighborhood in old San Juan. It is a great starting place to explore the city.

A Perfect Stay in San Juan! I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of San Juan and within walking distance to so many wonderful restaurants, historic sites, and local attractions. Despite being so close to everything, the hotel itself is incredibly quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The cleanliness throughout the property was exceptional. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. It’s clear the staff takes immense pride in keeping the hotel in top condition. Speaking of staff, the service was outstanding from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was warm, friendly, and eager to help, going above and beyond to ensure the stay was perfect. We just returned from 2 nights here, what a wonderful experience. The hospitality, service, cleanliness, location and breakfast are all 5-star. Kudos to this small family run "guest house" they do a wonderful job and are always there if you need anything. There are many places to choose from in Old San Juan, but this one is a gem and an easy choice. We enjoyed having our little oasis in the middle of this crazy old town, with a really nice homemade breakfast to start each day.

This guest house was better than I expected. It was very clean & well maintained. The location makes it extremely convenient to walk around Old San Juan. There is limited staff onsite. They leverage technology to manage the entrance into the house as well as the rooms. Anything we needed the staff was available thru whatapp or text msg. The breakfast was also decent. Be aware the stairs to the 2nd floor are a bit steep. Not ideal for people with mobility issues or very heavy luggage. This guest house is perfect for people looking for RnR or convenient location in Old San Juan.

Excellent stay at 352 Guest House

Freddy and Teresa were very helpful, kind and welcoming and made my stay comfortable and very enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious and condition and cleanliness of my room and roof top spa were excellent. I’d definitely stay again and strongly recommend Guest House 352 for accommodation in Old San Juan.

The hotel’s location for exploring Old San Juan was excellent! Staff very helpful and welcoming, the security systems in place for accessing the hotel were top notch, breakfast was delicious and great options, the roof top lounges and jacuzzi were quite nice and a great place to hang out in the evenings. We chose a ground level room because we had a lot of luggage and didn’t want to have to carry it upstairs but the lack of windows in our room (which we knew in advance) made the room a little darker than what we would have liked. We’d definitely stay at this hotel again but next time we’d stay in one of the balcony rooms for the natural light.
