The staff was friendly, sweet little place with a pool outside our room, although we had to go through the hotel to get there. Some rooms had direct access. I left my iPad there when we went to our cruise ship and they called me and I was able to back and get it! The room was small so it was challenging for our luggage but we only stayed one night so it wasn’t a bother.

Wifi and tv were reception were horrible, bed was the least comfortable I’ve ever slept on I almost put a towel on the tile floor and slept there, staff was mostly non existent , no one was ever at the front desk. Room was small and crowded, walls were paper thin I could hear every foot step anyone on my floor took, shower had zero pressure, location isn’t great for walking, and at one point I’m pretty sure there was a rabid cat fight in the lobby downstairs during the middle of the night. Would not recommend staying here

The accommodations were horrible. First of all I didn’t have a balcony view. The first room had a leak in the ceiling. I walked in the room & there was a puddle of water on the floor. The shower head leaked & was loud. The tiles in the shower were disgusting & the curtains were old & hanging off the rod. The room also had black mold. They moved me & the second room was pretty much the same. Needless to say, I left after the first night with 2 more nights on my reservation. They refused to refund me for nights 2 & 3. They claim it’s a 3 star hotel. I wouldn’t give it a 1 star.

Probably shouldn't let out my secret spot. Acacia is the perfect place to stay. It's personal and not corporate. It's walkable and safe. It's a half block from the surf. Gas station, restaurant, pharmacy, groceries are easy to find on foot. Women with children are walking around this place meaning it's a safe area.

Great people at this romantic place with a pool and Ocean View. Nice quiet dead end street in a condo towers neighborhood. Beach girls walking dogs down on the beach. Just a qaint classic place with a fancy restaurant. Recommended
