It was very nice and clean and next to some great entertainment. The staff is extremely helpful and willing to help accommodate. Check-in was pain free and checkout was even smoother. If I had to absolutely complain about something it would be the elevators are slow and there’s only two of them.

Saludos: Es la primera vez que me quedo y en primer lugar el olor del cuarto era de humedad y abombado. subimos el aire al máximo y aun así estábamos sudando las dos noches. En la área de la pisana cuando fuimos por la mañana no había quien atendiera. El lugar de peor servicio fue el del desayuno no habían mesas disponibles para uno comer la mayoría son sillones como de salas. Todo era desechable no había nada de vajilla ni si quiera para el café. Recogen la mesa pero ni siquiera le pasaron un paño tuvimos que solicitarlo. Se le dio instrucciones que como queríamos el desayuno y lo trajeron de otra manera. Menos mal que apenas estuve ya que fue de trabajo pero llega hacer de disfrute hubiera estado mas decepcionada. Para mi es lamentable como un hotel que esta en una área tan prestigiosa el servicio y la apariencia sea tan mala. Yo me he quedado varias veces en el Sheraton y todos ha sido muy excelente y por primera vez quise cambiar y me arrepiento.

Hidden fees are charges in case the hotel staff finds something broken or damaged in the room. I then call to claim a refund, and they tell me the money was used to pay the platform where I made the reservation and to pay for parking (coincidentally, according to them, the same amount they charged me for the first). Also, when I got to the room, the sheets were stained, and when we got to the room, there was a seemingly used sock behind the armchair. The music from outside could be heard in the room until around 4 a.m.

I really loved staying here, its proximity to the airport and Distrito T Mobile was amazing. It was also a short ride to El Choli for the Bad Bunny concert. I would recommend this hotel to any people traveling to SJPR.

I like my stay, however the room wasn’t ready by 5:30 pm when the checking time was supposed to be at 4:00 pm. As a courtesy they extended my check out time tho. The fact that they tried to accommodate us in a different room while trying to convince us about that room being the same ( square feet but not best view) made us feel awkward.
