It is located on the northeast coast of PR in the premises of Coco Beach and Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve with stunning 1000 acres of tropical lush, beautiful beach, and world class golf courses home of the PGA PR Open. The house is freshly remodeled with a modern open layout and fully equipped so you feel like in a resort with all the convenience of being "at home". The living room feels like your private cinema on our massive 85” 4K Smart TV perfect for Netflix binges, sports, or gaming nights.

This home is set up to enjoy as best as possible outdoor living and relaxation with 3 huge terraces (1 covered and 2 uncovered), BBQ area, and nice yard overlooking at the golf course and the ocean in the background. Golf trip

For the most part, stay was good. The water pressure was bad. The tv downstairs in living room doesn’t work very well; it has shadows in the screen. The gold cart didn’t work, and owner filed a claim for batteries. We didn’t over charge golf cart, it just didn’t work. He came over to try and fix and it didn’t work for him either. Don’t know how he can file a claim on an already broken golf cart!!

Holiday in Rio Grande

The property was adequate for our needs in the 7 person adult group. We lost power for various periods 3 of the 4 nights we were there. A hot tub was listed as an amenity but we didn’t see one.

Beautiful house and had a amazing time

The property is really beautiful and in a gated community. Really enjoyed staying there and Christophe is a wonderful host. Very easy to communicate and very helpful. The only thing I wished it was there was a generator as we lost power three time. Other than that I would highly recommend this property.
