Nunca ocudieron al cuarto a cambiar afrisas, toallas ni botar basura. El cambio de toallas de baño tuvimos que solicitarlo directamente el front desk. Tampoco el trato fue muy caluroso. Lamentablemente.

Agree and paid for early check-in. Put our things in the room then went to the pool for several hours. When we came back, our keys did not work. Went to the front desk and the lady reprogrammed them. After opening the door, we discovered water all over the floor coming from the bathroom and a wallet sitting on the counter that was not placed there. We immediately went back to the front desk and explained what happened. She called housekeeping to clean the water. She told a security officer what happened. The guy said he didn't have access to review the cameras and had to wait for a security manager the next day. We waited over an hour to clean the water and nobody came. Went back to the front desk and said we were coming to eat and she called again for someone to come clean the room. The next day when we went to check out, we asked to speak to the security manager he wasn't available. Finally after waiting the guy came and then went outside and was on the phone a long time. He came back inside writing stuff on a paper. I thought he was checking to see what happened. I told the lady at the front desk we had a plane to catch and couldn't wait forever. After more time, the "security manager" asked me what my complaint was. By then, I was irritated by the fact he should have known already what my complaint was and had no more time to waste and had to leave to go to the airport. I wrote a statement what happened and they said they would get back to me. Never did get a reply back.

the pictures are so deceiving. we were on the second floor and the walls, doors, and carpet in the hallways were so dirty and stained it was disgusting. the room was alittle better but still could not walk in the room without shoes on. Also, the water was not hot, warm but not hot in the shower or sink. Totally disappointed. Not sure how they have any good reviews. So glad we were just going for one night. I would have left to the embassy suites next door. Do not believe the good reviews - I did and found it like a motel 6 in the states.

Got there and couldn’t get in the room because it was locked from the inside. Took 45 minutes for anyone to show up to the room to get us in after going to the front desk twice. Once in the room, No air conditioning and no hot water. They never fixed it and never told me anything. Left that night. Didn’t stay there. I will say the night person behind the desk was super nice but it was beyond her control. NEVER NEVER STAY HERE.
