Hotel looked really nice but wasn’t super impressed about room service or breakfast. We stayed closest to the pool/bar area and music was very loud at night. Our sheets were also never changed just few new towels every day. Not very impressed by the breakfast offered just yogurt and some fruit. Half way through the trip found a bakery very close that was really good. During the day there weren’t many people around so had the pool to ourselves the few times we used it. Overall had a good stay but could tell hotel was new.

It’s an amazing hotel, clean, staff friendly and nice, breakfast amazing, pool is great to enjoy, beach is close to the hotel .. highly recommend when coming here to chech it out

Beautiful environment! Everyone is so welcoming and kind. Me & my best friend loved our stay here. Only thing is the breakfast is very minimal, finger food type beat so keep in that mind in case your a breakfast person :)

had a short stay here but it was beautiful! my only issue was the shower as it doesn’t have a sliding door so the bathroom got a little damp. aside from that all was great, especially for being so close to the beach!

It really hurts my heart to not just praise the hotel and try to help bring more people to this place. But I have to be honest with my experience. This place was extremely underwhelming. Especially for the price per night. Which would be ok if the experience justified it. But it did not. Pros: Close to the airport. About a 7 minute drive. Location. Not too far of a drive or uber for much of old San Juan. Close to T-Mobile district and the mall. Also has a coffee shop and Panaderia within walking distance. Nice restaurant onsite. Pool side bar makes an amazing pina colada. Staff was nice. That’s about it. Cons: It is very close to major roads and highway so you can hear cars driving by at all hrs. Which disturbs the peace the hotel is attempting to sell. The pool area water was not cleaned. It had dirt and other things floating around the water. The pool lounge chair cushions were stained and dirty. Have to put down a towel to sit on. All the towels given to us for the pool were stained as well and had a musty smell. The towels in the room were stained and smelled weird. They need better detergent and better quality shower towels. If you don’t ask for new towels you will not get any day to day. No closet, only a small bath mirror, bed is hard, bed pillows smelled, trash debris blocking parking, big holes in drywall in wall out back. Made the place look bad. I can go on but running out of typing space. Just know the potential is there, and most of my complaints can be fix

The property was beautiful! My room was nice and clean. The staff was great. My only issue was i didn't have wifi for the first 2 days, so my tv didn't work without wifi. I had to change rooms twice d/t the wifi issue. So i had to pack and unpack both times. That was inconvenient and annoying

Definitely a CATFISH, unless you want your view to be the back of someone’s home, alley, or highway that you can’t cross don’t stay here. Check in isn’t till 3, which is also when the pool bar opens. The one restaurant that they have doesn’t open till 5 and you can only dress formally which they fail to mention prior to booking. Construction still going on and garbage everywhere. Didn’t even get a chance to see room because I was so disgusted with the overall of the hotel we canceled and went elsewhere.

Excellent property. Beautiful all around. Pool area great vibe. Service was excellent. The location of hotel is on side of road but in location you can walk to beach and local stores or eateries. There are little nat like bugs everywhere so be prepared. Staff was very kind, Uber is very cheap, 6 mins no traffic ride to local social areas. The hotel pool has happy hours daily with great drinks. Aesthetically pleasing.

This place is overall very nice when it comes to looks, you can take a lot of great pictures, the pool is nice and isn’t too cold. The walls are very thin and I can hear every single thing going on outside. The floors were never swept during my whole week of being there but the house keeper did come to clean.

Not for Me

This isnt the place for me, I wouldn't stay again READ All the reviews before booking POWER WAS OFF FOR 5+HRS...I was told it was common in PR to save power. No water, lights and cant flush the toilet I stayed in room w/queen beds, one window that allowed sun in but no view of anything. 1. No closet for hanging clothes 2. No iron 3. Breakfast is cup of yogurt, old bagels and coffees (staff was rude) 4. No internet in the room the whole stay 5days...but if you stayed at the pool area you had FULL INTERNET 5. If you use UBER make sure they go to the right address, checked everytime and it took them to the wrong BALI.
