Had a good stay. Room was clean. Breakfast was simple & repetitive though (yogurt, coffee a few pastries). Pool area could use some work. It was in a good area. Access to the beach, cafes and restaurants all in walking distance (under 5 minutes).

Location is close to the airport. Beach at a walkable distance. Hotel is absolutely beautiful. Many areas to sit and lounge. They offer many activities such as a paint and sip. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our AC unit was making a lot of noise and they transferred us to another room which was even nicer. We walked to nearby dining locations which were all great. The hotel has a restaurant but was pretty expensive so we chose not to dine there but it looked very beautiful and menu looked good. The rooms do smell pretty strong of mold and finding parking was difficult due to both limited availability and high traffic location. The receptionist was kind enough to let me take his parking spot. When we left, my husband had to stand on the street and guide me because you can’t see oncoming traffic due to bridge blocking the view and driving here is pretty wild. Other than that, we loved our stay.

The property was absolutely stunning, and Jeremie greeted us at the front desk. He was very kind and provided some great recommendations. Overall a great stay would definitely come back!

Only thing they are missing is phones in the room and a big mirror in the room as well a small garbage can in the bed room other then that the room was very clean nice and comfortable.

Beautiful hotel! New, clean, really nice. Free breakfast by the pool every morning was a nice touch! It’s on a busy highway, so it was pretty noisy. But still only a 5 min walk to the beach across an overpass that was easy and safe to walk. Loved the pool and pool-side bar/restaurant! Only 5 min from airport, and an easy uber ride to Old San Juan, Condado, etc.

*LONG POST* BE CAREFUL They made an unauthorized charge on my card for towels . I stayed with them from the 22nd-26th and during my stay I did not receive face towels , only a hair towel and two big towels. After having to ask management to send a house keeper to my room , I see they charged me $60 while I was out . I did not receive an email , or a text in the WhatsApp explaining why I had been charged . When I arrived back the receptionist started by telling me I was charged $20.00 / per item that was soiled or damage , when I asked for proof -he showed me someone elses bed. After he found pictures where I had light makeup on the two towels and a pillow case . [I recorded the whole time] Then he proceeds to tell me that its listed on their website , which it was not . After waiting for a manager and going back and fourth with staff I had to dispute the charge with my bank. I even emailed the owner and got no response. On my last night there they tried to add the towel fee to the actual website , and I informed them I had video and pictures -of the old policies . Please be aware -this place lost a lot of money from past bookings and is charging for everything and trying to get over on people while on vacation.

First of all, the hotel is new, by time I was there they have been opening for 3 month. However, the mold smell in the room is terrible and deadly, my husband and I came back coughing our lungs out. The towels are hard and the worst quality, I was charged $20 for a blood stain because I cut my toe in the shower drain, everyone knows that peroxide can wash off any blood stain but they chose to charge me! The breakfast is below average, on our second day there the bagel and croissant were old and hard. The staff is friendly and I heard from locals that people don’t like to work in there making the employees rotation a problem to the management (big red flag). My personal opinion: there are better places for the same service, this place is far from “plush”.

Definitely NOT a destination place. Slept well on comfortable bed. Needs much improvement. Will not return.

nice location. easy check in and check out. we were close to the pool, so music played late and started early. breakfast was minimum; bagels, toast, croissant, yogurt and feesh fruit. rooms were simple. no closet, dresser or drawers for clothes. no microwave or fridge. friendly staff.

Desperately needs a microwave other than that it was nice & relaxing & very calm. area around is nice & everything is walkable. only other issue is the location as it’s in front of the highway, but that’s not on the hotel. excellent service & pool was amazing

I recently stayed at Bali Posh Hotel in Puerto Rico, and honestly, it was such a great experience. The place was super clean and had this really beautiful boho aesthetic vibe that made it feel extra relaxing. It was also really quiet and calm since there weren’t a ton of people, which I loved. Every time I came back to my room, it was spotless, and they always had fresh towels waiting for me. It’s the little things like that that made my stay feel so nice. Plus, they host events a few times a week for guests, which was a really fun bonus. If you’re looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway with great service, I’d definitely recommend Bally Push Hotel. I’ll definitely be back!

Dirty, bad views, room towels were hard , no iron, no hand towel, no bath cloths, bed sheets were stained, shower had dirty marks on the glass, no hot water, and smelled musty/ moldy in the room.
