The pool, beach & aesthetics of the hotel were beautiful but there were a lot of lacking areas… Right when we got in the room we tried to put our clothes away & the drawers were all broken therefore unable to open, we also wanted to use the safe box for passports/cash which also did not work, we tried to use the phone to call the front desk or anyone and the phone didn’t work either. We then went to the front desk to let her know about these issues & she told us that the maintenance guy had left so we would have to wait til the next day. She didn’t try to accommodate or support us in any way more just tried to shoo us off. Also for our first 3 days of the stay we did not receive any housekeeping & when we finally did they never switched out any sheets or blankets just made the bed and tidied up a little. The last thing was our room had mold on the walls and smelled of mildew it was so humid and wet feeling even after we opened all the windows and turned on the A/C the bed would literally feel wet anytime we laid in it. I don’t want to be negative & i’m not usually one to leave a review like this but I just wanted to make people aware because I had seen so many tiktok’s about this hotel & how nice it was when in reality it has many issues. 4/10 wouldn’t recommend.

The staff was great. The room was clean except for the coffee machine, it had leftover coffee and was not cleaned before i checked in. Other than that the rooms was small but lovely. I was however really disappointed by the breakfast. The coffee was really bad and there was only espresso shot cups so you have to keep going back for refills. The buffet consisted of only bagels every day. It was not up to standard at all.

Room was clean but no rugs for an all tile floor. Front desk lady didn't seem to know how to do her job. We were told 3 different time when are room would be ready and none were accurate not even close. Our room didn't have a remote for the TV. The hotel did let us stay on the property until til was time for us to go to the airport after we checked out. And the hotel did let how store our luggage on the property before we checked in.

The hotel is a boutique hotel, and I know this to mean there may not be a lot of extra amenities or touches to detail. Pro’s: staff is very friendly and eager to assist guests and rooms have a fridge and their own single use coffee maker. It is very difficult to see and if you’re not familiar with the area, you may miss it! The street it’s on can be very busy and difficult to pull out of if you’re driving. There’s more parking in the back. Some disappointments: there was no full sized mirror in our room. Just the bathroom mirror, which, for me I find odd since people are on vacation and want to look at their outfits; also having a second mirror in the bedroom area so people aren’t fighting for the single bathroom mirror to get ready would make a difference. There is very limited dresser and or a place to hang up clothes, nor were there any suitcase racks, so it felt a little weird just living out of my suitcase on the floor. There is no shelving or anything in the shower area (no bathtub), very minimal, so all the things you use while bathing sit either in the floor, or you can try to squeeze some of your products on top of the preinstalled toiletries they have mounted on the wall. Pool area is very nice.

My stay was absolutely amazing. The hotel was clean and accessible. The staff was SO nice! Pool and bar were great as well. Very close to the beach and walking distance to most places. I’d definitely book again and again. And again!
