Cute and functional hotel. Super close to the freeway, so it’s a little loud. Rooms are minimalist but had everything we needed. Pillows were the only major complaint. They were soooo uncomfortable.

I have to say the hotel is very cute and clean staff were excellent management not so much we went to the reception desk 6 times to ask to extend our stay and no one was staffing it. Called on the phone and it went to a full voicemail. Finally got a manager on the phone and he was rude and said he would call back but did not. Asked for a receipt and still have not received via email checked spam and told the woman at the desk

The property itself was fine. However, checking in almost 2 hours later than promised, carrying our own luggage down steps (no elevator), waking up to housekeepers arguing, having a broken fridge and toilet paper holder made this stay marginal. Customer service and property management was sorely lacking in this “posh” hotel. Shout out to the two stellar employees that we encountered: Alexander and Lonnie.

So much potential for a beautiful boutique style hotel. Service was absurdly terrible. 0/10 stars. From every aspect. Check in was horrendous. Did not even get a tour to room, had to find it on my own (not that serious since it’s such a small place) but was not a good first impression. Arrived at 11am and although 3pm is check in we were told we would be contacted when our room was ready. We continuously had to go In ourselves and finally got a room at 5pm that was the size of my bedroom closet. Extremely small. Extremely tight. Now service at the bar, HA!!!!!! Better off hopping behind that bar yourself and making your own drink. Staff is overwhelmed by the lack of help from all aspects.
