Beachfront building with direct beach access, 24/7 doorman service, swimming pool, basketball court, BBQ area, outdoor gym equipment and assigned parking. Condo has city views. Only 10 minutes drive to airport Condo is located at Marbella del Caribe, the most popular building of Isla Verde Beach.
• Building has security cameras in common areas. There no cameras inside the condo.
All bookings are contingent on signing an online short-term rental agreement, completing an online check-in form, and uploading an ID. This must be done before entering the property.
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm
Check-out time is at 11:00 am
NO SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed on the Property, the balcony, or common areas. A smoking fee of $500 will be charged if violated.
BALCONY RAILINGS: The building does not allow anyone to hang clothes, towels, mops, or other artifacts on the balcony railings. A $100 fine will be charged if violated.
